Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Addresses outside our delivery area cannot proceed through checkout.
Delivery cost and tax
All orders receive free standard shipping. Checkout displays shipping at $0.00 and tax at $0.00. This does not mean that products are legally tax-exempt.
Handling and transit
Handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Cutoff and business days
The daily cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year, without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
